Upcoming Events: April 2026Welcome to April! We are gearing up with 7 weeks left of the Spring Semester. This month we have a couple of exciting events to keep an eye out for. To stay up to date, feel free to follow our Instagram page for the quickest updates. Open Coaching Session #3On April 17th, Applied music students have a third opportunity to showcase a piece from their repertoire in preparations for their Final Juries coming in May. Submissions close this Friday, April 10th. Tatiana Scott will be facilitating this month's event, lending advice and feedback on how to get ready for final performances. Anyone is welcome to observe the event, music students are highly encouraged to apply! Music Major Student Success EventIt's almost that time of the semester where students will be able come in and have a chat with one of our faculty members and staff. Any burning questions can be made while also having the opportunity to meet with a counselor in a 30-minute session afterward. Students have found these events highly helpful in planning their upcoming semesters to prepare for graduation and/or transferring. We will be posting updates on our Instagram: @arcmusicdepartment. ASB Candidate ConcertOn Tuesday, April 14th, ARC Music Groups Resurgam, Faith and Friends, and Mariachi Los Rios will be performing after the ASB Candidate Speeches. The ARC Music Department and ARC Center for Leadership and Development have been collaborating to create a unique experience for students! If you have time, swing by the Student Center from 12pm to 3pm with speeches starting from 12pm and performances starting from 1:30pm. May Spring ConcertsTake a look through our May calendar for the next concert series! Tickets are readily available for purchase on TicketLeap. You can also purchase them the night of the performance at the Box Office in front of the ARC Theatre. Don't miss out on seeing your favorite ensemble! Summer Graduation PetitionIf you've missed your opportunity to graduate this Spring, do not worry. The deadline for Summer is Friday, July 3.
